Mr. James "Jimmy" Chester Holland

Funeral service for James Chester "Jimmy" Holland of Gadsden, Alabama, who departed this life on November 12, 2010 will be 2 PM on Monday, November 15, 2010 at Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services.

Jimmy was born to the union of the late Homer and Gicy Holland. He retired after 33 years of service from Goodyear Tire and Rubber.

He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years Shelia Holland; his three children Heath (Jody) Holland, Shannon (Randy) Holland and Michelle (Keshia) Holland; ten grandchildren, Blake (Rachel), Eric, Erica, Brooklyn, Matthew, and Andrew Holland, Kayla (Cody) Young, DeAndre Ash, Malijah and Jami Brown; five great-grand children Aubrey and Maleya' Holland, Bryce Young, Omari Zachery and Cordarryl Gary Jr. all of Gadsden, Al; his brother Don (Myron) Holland and his sister Betty Gray.; his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Michael (Peggy) Vice, Pinky (James) Prewitt, Judy (Wayne) Wilson and Lynn (Don) Gaskin; and a host of nieces, nephews and chosen children that called him Papa.
