Jeff was a native of Gadsden, AL and resided in Elmore, AL. He worked many years in construction, and the marble and tile industry. He enjoyed anything outdoors from hiking to fishing, and had a love for drawing.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Derwin and Dorothy Mince.
Jeff is survived by his sister, Penny Ondo; nephew, Eric Ondo; half-sister, Deborah Hightower Geary; nieces, Amanda Ogles Baker and Jamie Ogles Sims; cousins, Gene Mince, Anthony Mince, and Annette Pennington; and also many other family members.
His trust and faith in the Lord carried him throughout the many difficult paths he faced in his life. He was deeply loved and will be missed beyond words. His final resting place will be at Union Hill Cemetery in Gadsden, AL.
Jeff, your time here on earth has ended and your pain and suffering are no more. You can rest easy and be at peace, for you are at home with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Now you will be forever free. Love your sister, Penny.
