Jerelda "Jeri" D. Tarrance

Funeral Services will be at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, September 16, 2023 at Collier-Butler Funeral Chapel for Mrs. Jerelda “Jeri” Tarrance, 84, of Glencoe who went to be with her Lord and Savior September 12, 2023. Rev. Harold Coe will be officiating. Visitation will precede the service beginning at 1:30 p.m.

She will be laid to rest at Crestwood Cemetery.

Mrs. Tarrance was an Air Force wife. She lived and traveled abroad with her husband. She was a member of Green Valley Baptist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star. Her favorite pastime was reading. She was an avid Alabama Football Fan and could tell you exactly what was going on with the team at any time.

Preceding her in death was her parents, John and Dean Sullivan and son-in-law, William McCrea.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Donald H. Tarrance; son, Steve (Nancy) Tarrance; daughter, Lori McCrea; grandchildren, Katie Tarrance, Scott McCrea and Courtney (Jonas) Brekke; brothers, John Ralph Sullivan, David C. (Judy) Sullivan and Michael (Betty) Sullivan; several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Jeff Sullivan, Gregg Jackson, Zane Sullivan, John Ralph Sullivan, III, Art Lyle, Jeff Goggins and Scott McCrea.

The family extends a heartfelt thanks to sister-in-law, Judy Sullivan for your love, care and support.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Green Valley Baptist Church, 4150 Green Valley Road, Gadsden, AL 35907.
