Frances was truly a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to so many people. She was a personal friend and we did many things together in Birmingham, AL at Samford University and Dawson Memorial Baptist Church. I will always remember her gentle, loving and caring spirit. Blessings to all the family. Mary H. Hudson

Tommy & Ginger - just learned about your mother's passing today via an forwarded email from Nancy Miller at Samford. Frances was one of my favorite people at Samford. She always had a smile for everyone! Though I'm retired now, when I visit with SU friends, Frances, Lillian and Thelma are always mentioned with fondness! Such a joy to work with her in Samford Hall. Of course, Ray and I enjoyed being with the two of you at Grayson Valley BC, too! Trust all the family is doing well. Just found Ginger on FB. I'll be in touch! Prayers, love & blessings, Becca & Ray Williamson

The first time I met Frances, her smile and gentle spirit captivated my attention. She was the real deal when it came to relationships based upon caring and support. She and George blessed the lives of all who knew them. It meant a lot to me to receive a personal call from her on every birthday! How many others do you know that would do that! Thanks Frances! -Paul Lee
