passed away Tuesday, October 09, 2012.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, October 12, 2012
at 11:00am at Collier-Butler Chapel.
Rev. Vince Whittington and Dr. Michael Yopp will officiate.
Interment will follow at Southern Heritage Cemetery in Pelham, Alabama.
Collier-Butler Funeral Home & Cremation Services in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Crocker was born and raised in Jackson, Tennessee. She attended Union University in Jackson, Tennessee and received her master’s degree in education at Peabody. She taught in elementary education in her early years and then became Senior’s Student Record Specialist at Samford University. Mrs. Crocker spent the last seven years of her life at White Springs Baptist Church. She was known by everyone at church because she never missed a person’s birthday. She called every member on their birthday. Mrs. Crocker was preceded in death by her husband, George Crocker and brother, Ray Jones.

Son: Tommy (Ginger) Crocker
Daughter: Karen Crocker
Grandchildren: Bradley (Elisabeth Hopper) Raley, Natali Rios Balboa, Austin (Brittney) Crocker, Molly (Russell) Gossett, Adam Crocker, Madison Crocker, Morgan Crocker, Eric Crocker, Chloee Crocker, Joshua Crocker, and Samuel Crocker.
Great Grandson: Ryan Bradley Raley
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to White Springs Baptist Church Youth Fund.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
Honorary Pallbearer will be Christopher Watts.
Special thanks to the church family at White Springs Baptist Church and New Foundations Academy, and her best friend Marie Adams.
The family will accept friends for visitation this evening, Thursday, October 11, 2012 from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
