June Higgins Wyatt

Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 23, 2013 at Collier-Butler Chapel for Mrs. June Higgins Wyatt, 64, Gadsden who passed away Saturday, December 21, 2013. Rev. George Wyrosdick will officiate with burial at Pilgrim’s Rest Cemetery. Collier-Butler Funeral & Cremation Services Directing.

Mrs. Wyatt was a lifelong resident of Gadsden and a member of North Highland Baptist Church. She had been involved with the daycare at Twelfth Street Baptist Church. Mrs. Wyatt enjoyed drawing, sewing and jewelry making. She was preceded in death by her parents; Edward and Ruth Higgins and grandparents; Houston and Della Cranford.

Survivors include her husband; Randall Wyatt, Gadsden

Daughters; Amy Barfield, Gadsden and Gina (Norman) Wolfe, Gadsden

Grandchildren; Lindsey and Hunter Barfield, Taylor and Noah Wolfe

Great Grand Daughter; Aleka Lilly Barfield

Several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be; David Harper, Scott Barfield, Lee Gilley, Norman Wolfe, Rickey Harper and Michael Adams.

The family extends a special thanks to the Coates Bend Volunteer Fire Department and the Drs., Nurses and Staff at Riverview Regional Hospital E.R.

Visitation will be at the funeral home Sunday evening from 5 – 7 p.m.
