Mother was a unique woman with so much spunk and vitality that we forgot she was elderly. She retained her spark and sense of humor right up until the end. She was affectionately known as “Glitter Girl” due to her own special “sparkle” and glittering attitude and style. She was loved by all who knew her and never met a stranger. She will never be forgotten and always missed.
Special thanks to Dr. S.P. Sancheti and his staff, the staff of Riverview Regional Medical Center IVU and ER, Lawley Hospice, and the Rainbow City fire medics and ambulance service. All the care, love and compassion has been appreciated beyond measure.
A visitation will be held Wednesday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Collier-Butler Funeral Home. Flowers will be accepted.
I have fought the good fight; I have finished my course. I have kept the faith. 2 Timothy 4:7
