Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Collier-Butler Chapel for Mrs. Linda Joyce Archer, age 63, of Gadsden who passed away Sunday, August 17, 2014. Eulogy will be given by son-in-law, Daryl Wallace. Burial will be at Rainbow Memorial Gardens. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services will direct.
Mrs. Archer was a native and longtime resident of Gadsden. She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Archer and parents, Arthur and Margaret Hunter.
She is survived by her daughters, Tracie Ayala, Gadsden, Kristie Morris, Gadsden and Shanna (Darryl) Wallace, Gadsden, grandchildren, Ashley, Justin, Tyler, Javin and Daven, great grandchildren, Gracey, Kyler, Adlee and Marlee, sister, Diane Dixon, brother, Ricky (Cynthia) Hunter, Steve (Janice) Hunter and Luevan Hunter, several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Ricky and Steve Hunter, Dustin Hunter, Tyler Morris, Justin Ayala, and Ricky Hunter, Jr.
The Family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
