Madge lived an abundant life, loving and dedicating herself to her family and home. She never met a stranger and was filled with love, grace, compassion, and of course, wit. She always was making you laugh, even when there were hard times. She especially loved babies and children. She gave cheerfully to anyone in need or just to show kindness and love. She was known for her incredible cooking and baking and beautiful yards, which she planted and maintained. She loved the Lord Jesus and sang about Him until she couldn’t.
She was a member of 12th Street Baptist Church; the Gadsden Woman’s Club; and ABWA.
