Marie Colvin Copeland

Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 23, 2012 at Collier-Butler Chapel for Mrs. Marie Colvin Copeland, 85, Greenville formerly of Gadsden who passed away Friday, December 21, 2012. Rev. Wayne Milam and Rev. Jamie Rowan will officiate with burial at Crestwood Cemetery. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services Directing.

Mrs. Copeland was a native and longtime and resident of Gadsden; she attended Antioch East Baptist Church, Greenville and retired from General Times after many years of service. Mrs. Copeland was preceded in death by her husband; Charlie Glyn Copeland and son; Donald Glyn Copeland.

She is survived by son; Bobby (Nancy) Copeland, Boaz, Rickey Copeland, Gadsden, daughter; Susan (Scott) Burns, Greenville

Grandchildren; Chris (Misty) Copeland, Boaz, Meagen (John) Cardy, Greenville, great grandchildren; Cassidy and Cameron Copeland, Maddie and Mason Naler, Brittney Childers, Shane Copeland

Great great grandchildren; Kaitlin and Breanna Childers, Addison Grace Cardy

Sister; Ruth Snow, Gadsden

Brother-in-law; Junior Keenum, Gadsden

Pallbearers will be; Jimmy, Marvin and Marty Snow, Jerry Colvin, Kenneth Swafford, Cameron Copeland, John Cardy and Lee Rigsby.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 12 pm until the hour of service.
