She was a long-time member of Central United Methodist Church, later known as Christ Central Methodist, where she was actively involved in the United Methodist Women and enjoyed spending time with her church friends and family.
She especially loved gospel music and looked forward to watching the Gaither’s each week— even attending one of their concerts in person.
In 2020, she moved to Oak Landing Assisted Living, where she made many new friends. She loved the staff and was deeply appreciative of the care they gave her until her passing.
Pallbearers will be family members. The family extends their heartfelt thanks to the owners and staff of Oak Landing, the Attalla Police and Fire Departments, and A-Med Ambulance Service for their compassion and care.
