Ralph Campbell

Funeral services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Collier-Butler Chapel for Mr. Ralph Campbell, 93, who passed away Friday, July 29, 2016. The Rev. Darrell Brown will officiate. Interment will be in Gallant First Baptist Church Cemetery. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services is directing.Mr. Campbell was a longtime member of Calvary Baptist Church. He earned his Masters of Education from Auburn University. Mr. Campbell was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, who served in WWII and the Korean Conflict. He loved God, his family, his country, gardening, and Auburn football.He was preceded in death by his father, James Hale; mother, Lula; brothers, Grady, Willie Mack, Frank, Julius, Ray, and Louie; and his sister, Veraliene. Mr. Campbell is survived by his wife, Juanita; son, Kent and daughter-in-law, Sandra; grandchildren, Chris (Christy) and Ashley; four great-grandchildren; sister, Francis; brother, Bill Hooks; and numerous nieces and nephews.The family will receive friends from noon until the hour of service Monday.
