He was preceded in death by his parents, Victor and Velma Chance, and sister, Gail Marten.
Randy is survived by his wife, Virginia Chance of Gadsden, AL; sons, Phillip (April) Chance of Greer, SC and Larry (Erika) Chance of Greer, SC; grandchildren, Grace, Eli, and Marten; and brother, Vic (Kim) Chance of N.Y.
Randy was a member of Rainbow Presbyterian Church in Gadsden, AL. His memorial service will be held at the church on Monday, October 21, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. The family will accept friends from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
