Mr Cooper was a wonderful man that was a pleasure to have known. He and Mrs Dollie were like family to me. Both were beautiful souls!

I worked with Neil at B'ham Slag in the 1950's. Neil was an outstanding person, always helping anyone that he could. It was like a big family at the plant. Neil was a man of high character and was a good example to his sons. May the Lord bless the family and comfort them. May God keep Neil and his precious Wife's soul in his presence. Cherish your memories, knowing that one day , the family will be reunited in Heaven. God bless.
