Roy A. "Tony" Willis

Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 21, 2016 at Collier-Butler Funeral Home for Roy A. “Tony” Willis, 53, of Southside, who passed away Sunday, May 15, 2016. Rev. Tony Holcomb will officiate. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services is directing.

Mr. Willis worked for McCartney Construction for 14 years. He enjoyed building and riding Harley Davidson Motorcycles.

Mr. Willis was preceded in death by his father, Charles Gray Willis; mother, Anna K. Willis; sister, Debra E. Willis; and grandparents, C.L. and Ruth Green and R.C. and Eva Belle Willis.

He is survived by his wife, Kimberly Willis; daughter, Rachell (Andy) Hill; grandchildren, Sydney, Emma, Taylor, Landrie, and Dantley Hill; brother, Chuck (Colleen) Willis of Meridian, MS; sisters, Jennifer (Bruce) Steptoe of Gainesville, FL, and Diane Holladay of Gadsden, AL; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

Special thanks to the 7th South nurses at Gadsden Regional Medical Center; HITC Unit nurses at UAB; and Southern Care Hospice, especially Rebecca Harrison and Allison Lightsey.

The family will receive friends from 12:00-2:00 p.m. Saturday, prior to the service.
