Russell Lee Veal, 65, of Attalla, passed away February 10, 2021. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Frances Veal.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 43 years, Deborah Veal, two children, Jody (Emily) Veal and Joni Polanco, sister, Alice Veal, brothers, James Veal, Tim Veal, and Terry (Julia) Veal, 4 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
He spent 31 years at Ryder Truck Rental in Rainbow City, AL as a diesel mechanic until retirement. He loved flying rc airplanes, fishing and working on things.
