Sara Nell Bellamy

Graveside services will be held today at 2 p.m. at Forrest Cemetery for Sara N. Bellamy, 90, of Hokes Bluff. Reverend Jeremy Beck, officiating. Mrs. Bellamy died Friday, April 27, 2012 in Gadsden. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services directing.

Mrs. Bellamy is preceded in death by her Husband, Homer J. Bellamy; Parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Washington; Brothers, George Washington, Jerry Martin and Douglas Martin.

She is survived by her Daughter, Phillis (Todd) Cross; Granddaughter, Kimberly Mills; Sisters, Frances Simpson, Eloise Ware, Peggy (Jarvis) Ivey; Brother, Robert Washington; and numerous Nieces and Nephews.

Mrs. Bellamy was a wonderful Wife, Mother and Grandmother, a Believer in Christ working diligently at Hokes Bluff Methodist Church over the years. She was a great blessing to her family.

She is now with Jesus, and reunited with her beloved Husband, who told her he would be waiting for her at the Eastern Gate.
