She was preceded in death by her mother, Laura Louise McCollum.
Sarah is survived by her father, John Mark Johnson; brothers, Zachariah (Sonja) Johnson, and Jesse (Jennifer) Johnson; and nephew, Lukas Adam Johnson.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2013, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Southside Community Center. Friends and family welcome.
