Steven Mark Short, age 46, of Gadsden, Alabama passed away on Monday, October 11, 2021. Funeral Service will be 1pm Monday, October 18, 2021 at Collier Butler Chapel . The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service from 11 AM until 1pm. Burial will be at Crestwood Cemetery. Collier Butler will direct services.
Steven was born October 10, 1975 at Baptist Memorial Hospital (Now Gadsden Regional Medical Center). He was a true Alabama football fan. Steven was the best son a mother could have.
Steven is preceded in death by his father , John Oliver Short and grandparents Lozella and Orvil Large.
He is survived by his mother , Melinda Large Short.
