Funeral Services will be at 12:30 p.m. Saturday-October 1, 2011 at Collier-Butler Chapel for Mrs. Willie Mae Swafford Oliver, age 85, Rainbow City who passed away Thursday-September 29, 2011. Mrs. Oliver’s Nephew, Rev. John Oliver will officiate with burial at Bethany Cemetery, Reese City. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services Directing. Mrs. Oliver was a devout Christian Lady and a member of Bethany Baptist Church. She was a former member of the Pilot Club of Gadsden and retired from Sears after many years of loyal service. Mrs. Oliver was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Vaughn Oliver. Survivors include her sisters-in-law; Mrs. Irene Lee, Rainbow City, Mrs. Polly Alspach, Canal Winchester, OH, Mrs. Lucille Swafford, Anniston and Mrs. Thelma Swafford, Anniston. Several Nieces and Nephews. Pallbearers will be; Jason Lee, Robert Lee, Paul Oliver, Don Oliver, Matthew Oliver and Richard Oliver. The family extends special thanks to Mrs. Wilma Yopp, Dr. Sanders, Dr. Castillo and the loving staff at Regency Pointe. Visitation will be on Saturday from 10:30 a.m. until the hour of service.
