Adam Matthew Fraser was suddenly taken from us to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on May 30, 2024; he was 36. Adam was born August 21, 1987 in Westerville OH. After Adam graduated from Gahanna Lincoln High School in 2005, he went on to study at Ohio State University.
Adam is preceded in death by grandparents Jack and Alice Myers and Scotty and Ann Fraser; and uncles, Scott Fraser and Benny Myers. He is survived by his daughter Willow; stepdaughter Anabelle; parents Doug and Sherri; brothers Andrew (Kailin) and Cameron (Olivia); nieces and nephew Adalyn, Peyton, Colton, Halston; dear friend Holly; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, close friends, and co-workers at Tuffy Automotive.
Adam loved cars and was a highly skilled and successful mechanic with dreams of one day opening his own shop. He was fun loving, enjoyed the outdoors, and adventuresome; that is to say, he did lots of things that his parents would rather not know about. But being a father to Willow was what Adam cared about the most. She was the light of his life and his number one priority; anyone that knew the both of them knew that they were the happiest when together. Adam loves Willow deeply and would tell her, “I love you more than all the stars in the sky.”
Adam knew the Lord. He found peace throughout the ups and downs of his life by clinging to God and through his favorite Bible verse in Psalm 46; “Be still and know that I am God.” He was a loving, kind, generous, and gentle soul that touched so many lives in a positive way. We are overwhelmed by the absence that will be left in the many lives he touched, especially those of Willow, Anabelle, and Holly.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday June 15 @ 1PM at St Luke Lutheran Church, 4456 Morse Road, Columbus Oh 43230.
Interment will take place at Mifflin Township Cemetery at a later date.
