Donna was the proud owner of GJ’s Lounge, a beloved east-side gathering place where friends played pool, enjoyed great music, and made lasting memories. She loved traveling the world and was a devoted Ohio State and Cleveland Browns fan.
She is survived by George Bowles; children Carla Scott (Kevin), Matthew Bowles (Kim), and Maria Miller; grandchildren Shannon Beardsley (Craig), Robbie Angus, Heather Scott, and Hailey Skibski (Andrew); great-grandchildren Aidan, Shea, Logan, and Sadie; and many extended family and friends. She was predeceased by her mother, Eileen, her sister Deanna, and many close friends.
A Celebration of Life open house will be held Thursday, July 9, from 4:00–7:00 PM at the VFW Post 9857- Gahanna on Stelzer Road. All who knew and showed love to Donna are welcome to attend and share memories.
