

Bob was born on September 5, 1950, in Columbus, Ohio, to Betty J. Terry (Shepherd) and Lloyd P. Terry. He graduated from New Albany High School in 1968 and went on to build a lifelong career as a plumber, a trade he took great pride in throughout his life.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his siblings Shirley (Charlie) Hill, Norma Underwood, Sandra Kay Sullivan, Sandra (Bill) Trout, and Marie Terry; and his son, Shawn Michael Terry.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Deborah M. Terry; his children Chris Terry, Sue Coe, Dan McKibben, and his daughter-in-love Kim McKibben; his sister Carolyn Slone (the late Clarence Slone); his grandchildren Morgan McKibben, Lyrin McKibben, Shawn Coe, David Coe, Rhyann McKibben, and Riley Cotterman; and his great-grandchildren Liam McKibben and Luci Beckman.
Bob was a proud Freemason and valued the principles of brotherhood, service, and integrity. Above all else, he loved his family deeply and found his greatest joy in time spent with them.
A passionate Ohio State football fan, Bob could often be found cheering on the Buckeyes, celebrating victories, and sharing the excitement of game day with those around him.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 24, at Schoedinger Northeast Funeral Home, 1051 E Johnstown Road, Gahanna, OH 43230.
A Masonic service will be held at the start of the visitation, beginning promptly at 5:00 p.m.
The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate staff at Tuscany Gardens and at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center for the excellent care and kindness shown to Bob during his time there.
Bob will be remembered for his steady presence, his dedication to his family, and the quiet strength with which he lived his life. He leaves behind a legacy of hard work, loyalty, and love that will continue through the generations of his family.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made by planting a tree in Bob’s honor or by making a donation to the American Cancer Society.
