Carl Charles Besece, Jr., 89, of Gahanna, passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2026. He was born in Dillonvale, Ohio on June 14, 1936, a son of the late Carl and Velma (Ulczynski) Besece. Carl is survived by his wife of 69 years, Adonna (Marshall) Besece; sons, Carl (Brenda) Besece III, Kerry Besece, and Barry (Tammy) Besece; and a daughter, Dena (Keith) Besece-Boyd. Carl is predeceased by his brother, Ray Besece, and sister, Monica Viviana.
Carl was an avid motorcyclist throughout his life and owned, along with this wife, a Harley-Davidson dealership for almost 30 years. He was also very passionate about his model railroad that he created and enjoyed over 20 plus years. He dearly loved his dog, Ebbie, who he took on many motorcycle trips around the country. Carl resided the last four years at Storypoint Gahanna where the staff enjoyed his jokes and playfulness. He was well loved by his family and friends and will be deeply missed.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. The family is being served by Schoedinger Margarum Northeast, 1051 E. Johnstown Road, Gahanna, Ohio 43230.
