Connie Sue Luckeydoo

Connie Luckeydoo, born September 26, 1953 in Columbus, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord on May 3, 2023. Connie was preceded in death by her father Harold “Lee” Brown, her mother Luella M. Brown, and husband Pete Luckeydoo. Connie is survived by her brother Michael Brown, sister Terri (Carl) Luckeydoo, daughter Amy (Phil Templeton) Wagner, son Rob (Beth) Platte, granddaughter Hanna Wagner, grandsons Hayden Wagner, Andy (Sydnee Stapleton) Ward, Lincoln Platte and Kenny Platte, great-grandchildren Ellie Ward and Eli Ward, and numerous nieces and nephews. Connie graduated from Gahanna-Lincoln High School in 1972 and retired from The National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors in 2017. She enjoyed spending time with her family, rescuing Collies, researching archives and genealogy, volunteering, and traveling. She was loved by all, and a friend to many.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at the Schoedinger-Margarum Northeast Funeral Home, 1051 E. Johnstown Road, Gahanna, Ohio, with a service at 1:00 p.m. Inurnment will be scheduled at a later date at the Jefferson Cemetery in Blacklick, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the American Heart Association following the link heart.org
