Debbie was a devoted mother, a proud and loving grandmother, and a true friend to many. She bravely fought lung cancer for over a year with strength, courage, and an unbreakable spirit. She never gave up — and her will to live, love, and be present for her family never wavered.

She is survived by her three children: Luke Secrest, Doug Secrest, and Katie Secrest; and by her five cherished grandchildren: Beckham, Andi, Rudy, Preslee, and Hailee, who is expecting Debbie’s first great-grandchild — a joyful legacy that will carry on her light.

Debbie is also survived by her ex-husband and lifelong best friend, Bob Secrest; her closest friend Susan; her sister-in-law; and a wide circle of beloved friends and extended family who were blessed to know her.

Debbie touched countless lives with her warmth, humor, and boundless generosity. Her love was fierce, her loyalty unshakable, and her spirit unforgettable.
