

Jerry was born to Smiley & Mauricio Mora. He grew up in the town of DeRidder, Louisiana with his two brothers, Joe Dale & Paul. He was known by his nickname "Rebel" to his friends & acquaintances. Rebel – he surely was. He always did things different, he was very intelligent & independent.
Jerry loved to ride his Harley Davidson, especially along side his wife, Kathie.
Jerry met Kathie in Columbus, Ohio in '77.
What started off as a game of cards turned into a loving life together. They married in Feb. '82.
Jerry, Kathie & son, Joe & daughter, Kerren, enjoyed live music, trips to Gatlinburg, Tennessee & Disney World, & camping trips with the bike club. Most of all he enjoyed his family life too with nephews, grandchildren, & great grandchildren.
Jerry earned degrees in mechanics & computer sciences. He worked many jobs & retired as second mechanic at Target's warehouse in Springfield.
Jerry & Katie had the honor of raising their granddaughter Kaylee. She was the child they got to raise together with help of their son, Joe.
Jerry's love for Kathie is to be admired. It is the love we all wish to receive. And the love we all aspire to give.
In these golden years, Kaylee & Joe, took care of Jerry & his wife. Restoring their home, hope & love. Enjoying great-grandchildren Aryah & Damien.
Jerry W. Mora is survived by wife, Kathie Mora. Son, Joe & Daughter, Kerren. Grandchildren, Kaylee, Tyler, Alyssah, and Haleigh. And many Great Grandchildren.
Jerry proceeds in death after his brother, Joe Dale, mother Smiley, father Mr. Mauricio Mora.
There will be an Intimate ceremonial celebration. Loved ones will be alerted with details of time, place and date, for April 2023.
