Joan Charlotte Becker, 70, a loving caring wife and mother who always put others first passed away peacefully on March 21, 2022. She was born October 27, 1951 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Ruth (Kitzerow) and Francis Kemer; also preceded in death by her sister Barbara Sears. Joanie married Allan Becker on June 20, 1970 in Monroe, MI. In addition to Al, she leaves behind two sons: Corey and Kyle Becker; brother-in-law Jim Sears; niece Sandi (Sears) Adkins; nephew Jeff Sears; and Cooper, the beloved family dog. Family was everything to Joanie. She especially enjoyed Sundays when the whole family would spend the day together and have a dinner, which she had lovingly prepared. Joanie retired from Westerville City Schools where she worked in food service and maintained special friendships with her co-workers.
