

Born July 31, 1943 to Graham and Amelia Wooten at St. Joseph Hospital in Ashville, NC. She moved to the Columbus, OH area at age 11 where she attended Linden Elementary and Mifflin High Schools. Later in life she settled in Dublin, OH where she worked at the Red bull Inn and La Scala Restaurants. She then went on to make Pataskala, OH her home and retired from American Showa, Inc.
Judy was very loving and devoted to her family and friends. She truly had the kindest soul. We were blessed to have her. She was an amazing cook and she enjoyed a good card game, a good sale, and casino days.
Left to cherish her beautiful memory is her beloved husband of 40 years, Danny Romine
Two children: Mark (Dana) Jordan and Kimberly Crisp
Three grandchildren: Nicholas (Miriah) Crisp, Anthony Lax, and Jeremy (Casey) Lax
Six great grandchildren: Taylor, Lexi, Cadin, Logan, Liam, and Wyatt
Siblings: Mary Hursey, Clyde (Elaine) Wooten, Patricia Wooten Earwood, Rudy Wooten, James Wooten, and Tommy Wooten
Nieces and nephews: Lisa Hursey, Chantell Wooten, Shannon Wooten Boles, David Hursey, Billy (Patty) Hursey
Sister in law Jeanie (Kenny) Schilling, her best friends, Pam Foor and Mary Yoakam, her loyal and devoted pet, Gigi, along with many friends, neighbors, and extended family who were very near and dear to her heart.
A visitation for Julia will be held Tuesday, November 21, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 5600 E Broad St, Columbus, OH 43213, followed by a funeral service from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM.
