Karen L. Crall

In addition to her parents, Karen is preceded in death by her husband, F. James Crall and her sister and brother-in-law Marianne and Neal Barth.

Karen earned a Masters Degree in Education from The Ohio State University and taught early education at Brinkerhoff School in Mansfield, Ohio for 30 years.

She was a Life Member of The Ohio State University Alumni Association, a Life Member of the Ohio Retired Teachers’ Association, and a past member of Richland County Teachers’ Association. Karen was also a past member of Delta Kappa Gamma Teachers’ Sorority, the Ottawa County Republican Women’s Club (including time spent as a former Central Committee Member), and the Port Clinton Yacht Club, and was formerly President of the Catawba Island Garden Club.

Left to cherish her memory are her step-children, Lori (Mark) Brumenschenkel, Tyler (Krista) Crall, Stacey Gauthier, Yves Gauthier; grandchildren Amanda Brumenschenkel Cabana, Eric Brumenschenkel, Sara Crall Miller, Nick Crall, Rebecca Fisher McClain, Madelaine Gauthier, Jacques Gauthier, and Joseph Gauthier; great-grandchildren Micah Fisher, Kelly McClain, Taylor Cabana, Theo Cabana, Dierks McClain, Bennett Miller, Lydia Miller, and Milanka Crall; nephew Steven (Cathy) Barth, Stephanie Barth, Craig Barth, niece Jacque (Greg) Bader, Bridget Kennedy and dear friend Dan Borovac.
