Linda Jeanne Corniola

Linda Jeanne Corniola (Perkins), 76 of Etna, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. Born on October 6, 1949 to Robert Covol and Ruth Jeanne Perkins (Versaw), she was later adopted by her stepfather Bob Perkins. She grew up in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and went to Avonworth High School. She moved to Los Angeles to start her career at World Airways and began raising her family there. She later began working for Oracle Corporation and continued to work there for twenty six years. She moved to Ohio to be with her grandkids in 2007.

Linda is survived by her children: Jessica Harmon Brigle (Ryan), Michael Corniola (Kim), and Krista Corniola. Her siblings Kevin Perkins (Sherry), Cynthia Zittel and Sally Monahan; along with her four grandbabies, Ethan Brigle, Chase Brigle, Marisa Brigle and Kane Radford, as well as many loved nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Linda was a strong political advocate and loved her pets and gardening. There was never a pet she wouldn’t give a home to or a plant that wouldn’t flourish under her green thumb. She was a free spirit that loved nature and being outdoors. We will always remember all the pink skies you taught us to enjoy.

Family will celebrate her life with visitors from 12:00pm-1:00pm at Shoedinger Margarum Northeast, 1051 E. Johnstown Road, Gahanna, Ohio 43230 with a service at 1:00pm.
