Man Maya Tamang

Man dedicated her life to her family as a devoted homemaker, and in her earlier years, she also worked as a farmer. She was a faithful member of Emmanuel Fellowship Church and also found joy and connection through Zoom Christian Fellowship. Her love for God was central to her life, and she cherished every opportunity to worship Him.

Man found deep happiness in the simple, meaningful moments of life — taking walks with her family, spending time together, and sharing in fun activities and laughter. She was known by all who loved her as kind, caring, compassionate, hardworking, and endlessly cheerful. She poured her heart into caring for her children and extended family, and her warmth and love touched everyone she met.

Man is survived by her children, Som (Pema) Tamang, Kali (Migma) Bomjan, Aita Tamang, Moti Tamang, Gyalung Tamang, and Rebecca Tamang; and her grandchildren, Roshan Tamang, Rasbin Tamang, Roshni Tamang, Kiran Tamang, Raju Tamang, Jyoti Tamang, Meera Tamang, and Nawang (Tulasa) Bomjan.

The family wishes to express their gratitude for the love and support shown to them during this difficult time.

A Funeral Service will be held at Schoedinger Margarum Northeast, 1051 E Johnstown Road, Gahanna, OH 43230, US, on July 22, 2026, from 9:00 am to 11:30 am.

Burial will take place at Mifflin Cemetery, 218 Agler Rd, Columbus, on July 22, 2026, in Row M, Lot 122, Space 9.
