Michael "Mike" Yadon

He is preceded in death by his brother, Christopher, and both sets of grandparents. Mike is survived by his beautiful wife of 17 years, Sara, and lovely daughters, Savanna(16) and Brynn(13), as well as his father and mother, of Fenton, MO. He is lovingly remembered by Friends and church family at Five14 Church. Mike was a man of faith and considered himself a Lion for God.

Michael was born in St. Louis, MO to Dorothea ”Dottie” And Norman “Marty” Yadon, and graduated from St. John Vianney High School in St Louis, class of 1994. He played soccer and baseball and also wrestled throughout his school career. He also attended the University of Missouri and graduated from South East Missouri State University.

Mike worked at IGS Energy, McKesson, and Digital Data Technologies.

Mike loved to build computers and play around with any sort of technology. He also enjoyed many different sports and could often be found watching 2-4 different sporting events, at once on his computers. He also enjoyed coaching youth sports, mainly soccer for Pataskala, and helping local youth in the community. His favorite sports teams include the Columbus Crew, Buckeye Football, St Louis Cardinals and Blues, and Missouri football. Mike was also a theater dad and enjoyed watching his girls perform on stage as well as supporting them in various activities. He also enjoyed listening to music, going to concerts, and taking his family on adventures.

Visitation will be held Sunday, July 20th from 2-4 pm, at Schoedinger Northeast on 1051 East Johnstown Road in Gahanna, Ohio 43230.

The funeral will take place the following morning, Monday, July 21 at 11 am at Schoedinger Northeast. A graveside service will follow the funeral at Glen Rest Memorial Estate, 8029 East Main Street, Reynoldsburg, Ohio.
