

Norma Lee (Bibler) Weber, age 93, peacefully passed away on the 1st of September 2025. Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, she lived many years in the Hilliard area and upon retirement moved to Buckeye Lake.
Norma graduated from Linden McKinley High School where she served as her senior class vice president. In 1952, she married John Weber, her love of 73 beautiful years.
She was employed at Ohio State University and the Socony Vacuum Oil Company in Columbus and was executive secretary to the Sutphen Corporation in Dublin, Ohio, for 43 years.
Throughout her life, Norma was an avid lover of sports and the arts. In her younger years, she was a member of the Girls Athletic Association in high school, enjoying a variety of sports. As a teen she loved to skate, often displaying her talent while volunteering as a roller rink referee and later, on the ice at Buckeye Lake. Norma was an active member of several women’s bowling leagues over the years. She was a member of the police choir of St. Peter’s Church and enjoyed travel and performance with the Worthington Songsters. Her passion for painting and genealogy filled her retirement years, as well as her delight in having grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Leafa (Wine) Bibler; daughter Melinda Jean Weber; and sister Betty (Bibler) Walker of Gahanna. Norma leaves behind the following family who will miss her forever and remember her dearly: John, her devoted husband; daughter Connie Sheehan of Columbus; daughter Karen (Jim) Bymaster of Indiana; grandchildren John Bymaster and Anna (Kyle) Carothers of Indiana; great grandsons William Bymaster and Elliott and Leo Carothers of Indiana; along with other family members and friends.
A Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 7, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Schoedinger Northeast, 1051 East Johnstown Road, Gahanna, Ohio 43230. A Funeral Service will follow the next morning at Schoedinger Northeast on Monday, September 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Services will conclude with internment at Green Lawn Cemetery.
