Russell A. Kersh

Russell A. Kersh passed away March 22, 2023, with his family by his side, in Columbus, OH. He was born in Ottawa, OH to the late Donald Kersh and Doris Orinin (Lammers). He attended college at the University of Toledo where he graduated with a BA and MBA. He was a successful executive at major corporations including Adidas and Scott Paper. Throughout his career he and his family lived in many different states and abroad. He enjoyed spending time in Naples, FL and Buckeye Lake, OH. He was a kid at heart and loved NASCAR, sports, video games, reading, and finding local restaurants that he could share with others. Russ is survived by his wife, Ann Beth Heringhaus; daughters, Megan (Matt) Gall of Washington, DC., Erin (Jake) Lasala of Sarasota, FL, Kristen (Jimmy Schurman) Kersh of Delray Beach, FL; stepchildren, Brittany Reece of Gahanna, OH and Brandon (Diana) Reece of Newark, OH; step granddaughter, Audrey Reece of Newark, OH; and siblings Steve, Bonnie, Tim, and James Kersh. A Celebration of Life will be held 12 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 26, 2023 at Schoedinger Margarum Northeast, 1051 E. Johnstown Rd., Gahanna, Ohio, 43230.
