

Sharan Lee Rogers, age 67, passed away into the loving arms of Jesus while surrounded by her loved ones on Monday, December 23, 2024. Sharan was born in Sherman, Texas on October 22, 1957. She will be remembered for her unwavering love for our Lord and Savior, Jesus, her family, and of course her many friends. One of her proudest moments was when she became a Grammy. Sharan cherished her role at Ready, Set, Grow, where she worked for 10 years. She attended New Life Church, where she also served in their preschool ministry department.
Her hard work and commitment left a lasting impact on many families lives. She was known for her caring nature and her heart of gold - to know Sharan was to love her. She approached life with a sense of humor that never failed to bring smiles and laughter to those around her. Despite losing her husband Dave five months prior to her passing, she was always there to show her faith and bring an encouraging word to many.
Above all, Sharan’s greatest love was given to her family, whom she adored beyond measure. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered as a kind, funny, and loving soul who touched the lives of all who knew her.
Sharan is preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, David E. Rogers; father Robert C. Little; father-in-law Paul Rogers; Mother-in-law Mary Rogers; sister-in-law Cindy Little; brother Rick C. Little; and Granddaughter Emma Grace Rogers.
Sharan is survived by her two loving sons, Bobby (Lacey) Rogers and Bryan (Kate) Rogers; grandchildren Zachary Tyler, Ella Lee, and Asher Jay; her mother Virgina Little; brothers Mike (Teresa) Little and David Little; brothers-in-law Frank (Shirley) Bell and Paul Rogers; sisters-in-law Teresa (Phil) Burkett, Marylee Rogers, and Sue Doughty; as well as many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Sharan's life will be held at New Life Church, Saturday, January 11, 2025. Family and friends may gather from 4-6PM.
