Todd Braman

Todd was a man of many interests, with a curiosity that kept him engaged with the world around him. He enjoyed tending to his plants, working with wood, talking cars and racing, watching football, golfing, playing tennis, and fishing with friends. His skill with his hands went well beyond a hobby; Todd built the first home where his family grew up, something that reflected both his craftsmanship and his determination. His years in La Jolla gave him a lasting love for the ocean and the beach, and he never lost his appreciation for surfing and the California coast. Todd also enjoyed reading and listening to classic rock. Among everything he loved, some of his most meaningful time was spent with his grandchildren and with Whisper, the dog who was rarely far from his side.

Todd is survived by his fiancée, Lori Sherman; son, Christopher Braman; daughter, Jade Mowery and her husband, Brandon; granddaughter, Mara Mowery; and grandson, Howie Mowery. He is also survived by many dear friends, near and far, across the country whose friendship was an important part of his life.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leroy Braman and Phyllis Ridley; sister, Brooke Daily; and brother, Chris “Odie” Braman.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at Schoedinger Northeast, 1051 E. Johnstown Road, Gahanna, Ohio.
