Wallene J. Ruark

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jim Ruark; parents, Evelyn Boham-Rhoades and Walter Boham; brother Dick Boham; sisters Barb Reisinger and Lois Ide; daughter and son-in-law Barb and Johnny Webber; and great-grandchildren Quinten and Fiona.

Wallene retired from Mid-State Bolt and Nut Company. In her spare time, she took care of her family and people in her community. Wallene was always there – she never missed a special occasion for her friends and family. She is survived by and will be greatly missed by her children, Jamie (Sheryl), Dave (Kristy), and Beth (Bob) Ellis; daughter-in-law Teresa Ruark; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters; and many dear friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 28, 2024, from 2pm – 5pm at Schoedinger Northeast Funeral Home, 1051 East Johnstown Road, Gahanna, OH 43230, with Wallene’s service being held at the funeral home the following morning, January 29, beginning at 10am. Services will conclude with interment at Blendon Central Cemetery.
