Betty Colene Stacks

Betty was a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church in Warrior, AL. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and she enjoyed taking care of her family that she loved so dear.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Ethel Fields, her husband, Wilburn Leon "Dock" Stacks, and a daughter, Janet Pekkonen.

Betty is survived by a daughter, Gail Williams; son, Wilburn "Mike" Stacks (Ethelyn); six grandchildren, Tammy Lovett (Mike), Todd Williams (Christy), Jason Stacks (Candy), Amy Johnson (John), Chris McClure and Kelly Harden; 13 great-grandchildren and a host of friends.

A visitation for Betty will be held Wednesday, April 6, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, Gardendale, AL; a funeral service at 2:00 PM, followed by her burial at Mount Zion Cemetery, Warrior, AL.
