Billie Faye Mosley

Billie Faye Mosley was born and raised in Morris, AL. She was born on September 12, 1935 and she passed away on June 14, 2016 at the age of 80. Billie was married for 50 years to Jerry Mosley and she raised six children and she was a member of Morris Church of Christ. She worked for 17 years as a Home Health Care provider with Gentiva out of Birmingham. She was a sweet and caring person and wonderful mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed.

Billie was preceded in death by her parents Robert T. and Juanita McCombs; husband, Jerry O Mosley; two sons, Steven Mosley and Daniel Mosley; a daughter, Kelley Ousley; and a grandson, Dylan Mosley.

Billie is survived by her son, Billy Mosley; daughters, Jerri Leigh Morgan (Dewey) and Barbara Truelove (Bobby); brothers, Paul McCombs and Tyler McCombs; sister, Jacquelyn Mosley (J.D.); grandchildren, Wesley Morgan, Jeremy Morgan, Matthew Mosley, Cole Truelove, and Elizabeth Mosley; nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 16, 2016 at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel from 11:30 am until 12:30 pm followed by a graveside service and burial in Morris Cemetery, Morris, AL at 1:00pm. Services will be officiated by her nephew, Rev. Barry Mosley.
