Of Warrior, AL, passed away peacefully at her home Friday surrounded by her loving family. She was a longtime member of the Warrior Assembly of God Church. She is preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, James O. Walker; son, Gary L. Walker; brother, James E. Sandlin; sisters, Bobby Sue Jolly, Betty Low Sandlin and a grandchild, Joseph Michael Halterman. She is survived by her son, James P. McAnnally, Jr. (Shelia); daughter, Gail Walker; grandchildren, James E. McAnnally, Patrick L. McAnnally, Joseph C. McAnnally, James Robert Halterman, John Walker Halterman, Melanie Sue Walker, Crystle Gail Walker and Berry Walker; 13 great grandchildren; special friend, Rhonda Thomas, nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
A visitation will be held Monday, 3/3 from 12:30pm until 2:00pm with the funeral at 2:00pm at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel. Interment will follow in Oakwood Memorial Gardens.
