Billy and I have known Brenda and Harold for many years. We were all going to church at Mt. View Baptist Church. We had some wonderful times together. Bro. Harold was called to preach while with us. We sure did miss them when they had to leave us.
Brenda was always dedicated to her God and working in church wherever she was. She always had that sweet loving smile.
I would like to say to the family, I know this is hard but you have a loving God who will give each of you Grace to heal. No one can comfort like He can. We love y’all, our thoughts and prayers are with you.

I am sending my sincere condolences to Brenda’s family. Growing up Brenda was my best friend during elementary and Jr. High School. Her Mom and Dad were always so welcoming during my visits to their home. A few years back I had the opportunity to see Brenda while we were visiting Gardendale laughing about our younger days. I remember She was such a talented artist and caring person and always thinking of others even in our younger days. My heart goes out to the family during this time and my prayers are with you now. She was a special lady.

Just a few weeks ago, we were having VBS while social distancing. This photo of Bro Harold and Mrs Brenda sharing the Bible lessons with the kids. One child made a profession for Christ. God is good. WE HAD A BLESSED WEEK and my last memories of Mrs Brenda will be her serving the children she loved.
I will miss you Mrs Brenda and our kids will miss you!
