He is survived by his wife, Sarah Marie Fulmer, daughter, Regenia Paone (Dave); two granddaughters, Brittany Sanders (Drew) and Brandi Hart; a sister, Joyce Bynum (Melvin); several nieces, nephews, and his extended family, Jimmy and Joyce Taylor. He was preceded in death by a son, Andy Sharitt; father and mother, Percy and Ruby Fulmer; six brothers, Jimmy, Roy, Hubert, Carl, Vincent, And Bobby Fulmer.
He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Hamner. He was a hard worker as well as a dedicated and loving Husband, father, and grandfather. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 9th, at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel at 2:30 PM with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery with U.S. Navy Military Honors.
