Charles Allen Underwood

Charles worked as a machinist for over 30 years at various machine shops including Philly Gear, Tricon Metals, and Birmingham Gear. Charles was also involved with Fultondale Youth Association for many years and coached both of his son's in baseball as they grew up. His favorite hobbies as he got older were riding his Harley, and more recently, camping.

Charles Allen Underwood is preceded in death by his wife, Bobbie Underwood; his parents, Bud & Dorothy Underwood; siblings, David Underwood and Virginia Brown.

Mr. Underwood is survived by his sons, Sam (Heather) Underwood, Chuck (Vicky) Underwood, and step-daughter, Kelly (Sid) Martin; grandchildren, Kennon Little, Kevin (Rachel) Little, Kayli (Jeremy) Mabrey, Payton Sikes, Preston (Breanna) Underwood, Brady (Gabby) Underwood, Jenna Newland; as well as seven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mr. Underwood's presence will be forever cherished and missed.

Pallbearers' honoring Mr. Underwood's life will be Brady Underwood, Preston Underwood, Brandon Underwood, Matt Underwood, Kennon Little, and Kevin Little.
