Cole J. Hazelwood of Morris was born March 4, 1983 and was not expected to live 3 days; Cole passed away on August 14, 2013 at the age of 30. Cole was profoundly mentally and physically handicapped and he changed the lives of everyone he came in contact with forever. Cole was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Hazelwood; grandparents, Chilton and Gloria Gray. Cole is survived by his Dad, James F. Hazelwood III; Brother Jim Hazelwood; sister-in-law, Michelle Hazelwood, nephews Eli and Zach Hazelwood, several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A graveside service will be held in Oakwood Memorial Gardens, Sunday, August 18th, 2013, at 2:30pm with a visitation beginning one hour prior at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel.
