A resident of Morris, Al (formally of Gardendale) went home Friday Dec. 13, at the age of 83. Connie is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, David Florence; Son, Mike (Diana) Florence; Daughter, Peggy Florence; Grandchildren, David (Valire) Florence, James (Gina) Jones, Shelly (Adam) Dye, Billy (Ronda) Jones, Trina Hawkins, 14 beloved Great Grandchildren; Lifelong best friend, Lou Jean Jett; nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
A visitation will be held at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel on Sunday, Dec. 15, from 5:00 until 8:00 PM with a graveside service on Monday at 1:00 PM in Moncrief Cemetery, Gardendale, AL.
