Dean S. Williams

A graduate of Brilliant High School in Marion Co. She worked at Bellsouth, and Carraway Methodist Hospital in Medical Records until the facility closed.

Dean was a faithful, and dedicated longtime member of Gardendale First Baptist Church, and loved her Sunday school members. She went on to marry Bobby Ray Williams on May 2, 1955. She enjoyed decorating her home along with gardening but most of all she enjoyed cooking Sunday dinners, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Dean S. Williams is preceded in death by her husband Bobby R. Williams, Parents Euless (Lucy) Stanford, brother Glover Stanford, Sister Barbara Handley. She is survived by her sons, Tim Williams (Ouida Austin), Jeff (Tammy) Williams, Granddaughters Whitney Williams, Krissy (Johnathon) Howard, sister Jana (Ricky) Webster, sister-in-law Betty Stanford, Sue Johnson, Betty Russell, Jana (Ricky) Webster and brother -in-law Don Handley.

A visitation will be held at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, located at 2029 Decatur Hwy, Gardendale, Alabama, 35071, on October 6, 2025, starting at 10:00 am.

Following the visitation, a Celebration of Life Service will take place at the same venue at 11:00 am.

The committal service is scheduled for 1:30 pm at Brilliant Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Brilliant, Alabama, 35548.

George Weeks will officiate the service.
