Doris M. Hughes of Warrior, AL, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at the age of 73. She is survived by her loving family, three sisters, Mattie L. Pierce, Vernell Gilbert, and Katie Motte; several nieces, nephews, and many friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 28th at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel from 5 until 7 PM with funeral services on Saturday at the chapel beginning at 11 AM. Interment will follow in Calvary Church Cemetery in Warrior. Dr. Sammie Reid will officiate the service.
