Doris Evelyn “Dottie” Myers, went to heaven on Saturday, December 24th, 2016 after living 103 years and seeing six generations in her lifetime. She was preceded in death by a son, Bobby Pomilia and her grandson, Steve Pomilia. She is survived by her daughter, Carol Hood; granddaughter, Sandyn Leslie (Howard), grandsons, Butch Whitaker (Alice), Wayne Pomilia (Pat); six great grandchildren, 11 great-great grandchildren, and one great-great-great grandson.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 7th, 2017 at 2 PM at the Minor Church of God, 2941 Mulga Loop Road, Birmingham, AL 35224.
