Edgar E. Brewer Jr.

Edgar E. “Eddy” Brewer, age 53 of Birmingham, AL passed away on Wednesday, June 24th, 2015. Eddy was a loving Husband, father, brother, and grandfather who was very much loved and will be greatly missed. He grew up in West End and was a quiet, hardworking, and loving family man. Eddy was employed with Doane Products for over 27 years. He was a member and loved The Healing Place Church in Trussville. He was a passionate Alabama football fan “RTR”! He was preceded in death by his parents, Edgar E. Brewer, Sr. and Margaret Caffee Brewer; and a brother, Tommy Brewer. Eddy is survived by his wife of 36 years, Lori Watson Brewer; his daughters, Kelly Harper (Jackie) and Megan Graham (Wesley); brothers, Scotty Mason (Jennifer) and Roy Donaldson (Gwen); sisters, Donna Thomas, Mary Leopard (Richard), Lynn Cornelison (David), and Elizabeth Dodd; his four grandchildren, Austin, Aiden, Lucy, and Bennett; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and many friends.

A visitation will be held on Sunday from 2 until 4 PM at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel followed by a chapel service beginning at 4 PM. A graveside service will be held Monday at 10 AM in Union Grove Cemetery in Adamsville, Al. Pastor Randy Smith will officiate services.
