Edith E.Scott, age 72 of Fultondale passed away Thursday, July 7, 2011. She was a member of Elvester Baptist Church and was retired from Carraway Methodist Medical Center. Survivors include her husband, Johnny R. Scott; son, Rusty Scott (Roma); daughter, Sheila Scott; granddaughters: Rachel, Amanda, Judy and Kristi; great grandchildren, Ava, Gage and Jarrett. Her Memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday, July 11, 2011 at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
